2009-2010 - Year Five!
TGIFF has officially ended year 5!
Congrats & Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make Year 5 the resounding success it was. This year was Busy. We logged 124 scheduled events from September 2009 thru June 2010 that ran the gamut from park days, to field trips back in time, to a multi part embryology class, to learning how to make candy & construct the best paper airplanes. The kids (and Moms!) had a blast while learning some cool things in a very hands-on manner.
Now with the necessary evil of submitting portfolios & evaluations almost behind us we look to Year 6 and what it holds for us. Already our 2010-2011 calendar is filling with classes on glass fusing & simple self defense, field trips to farms, theaters & factories, fabulously fun activities & Mom's Nights Out.
Year 6 looks to be shaping up into an amazingly fun adventure.
