And we wrap up another year - our 6th! The first Saturday in June is our standard end of school year event where we gather with great food & friends for a day of fun and the dads get a chance to come and play, too.
The kids had a blast swimming, hanging out in the club house eating mulberries off the tree and creating games that had them running and laughing for hours. The moms and dads had a chance to sit, eat, enjoy a beer and chat about Summer plans, portfolios, and curriculum for next year.
In all we had a fantastic year thanks to ALL the members of TGIFF who step up and take a part in the planning and execution of events, parties, work shops, field trips, park & gym days and the sharing of resources. With more than 130 entries on the calendar this past year we had a ton of fun and educational events from which to choose every month.
This year we have a few post-Bash events left before we slip into Summer relaxation and weekly park days to play with friends. See you in the Fall.
